Things didn't quite work out the way we wanted them to but hey, at least he didn't leave us feeling TOTALLY unappreciated.
Actually, I had some reservations posting up his farewell speech cause I thought it was pretty personal but ok, I'll put it up for now. But do, you know, speak up bout whether it should stay up cause it's YEAH.
