HI! guess who's in the house! (or blog whatever.)

So yea, going with the idea of not thinking about class politics, I won't raise what I think you guys already know. Let's just focus on other stuff yea? Maybe that might actually help instead of dwelling on all this nonsense.

SO! I'm here to talk about the cooking class I wanted to conduct. I'll repeat everything just in case some of you weren't here (or weren't listening (;).

1. You will get roughly 10 hours of CREATIVITY

2. It's 3 sessions. Probably two cooking, one baking. I guess if you don't come for all 3 it's ok? You get the amount of hours you come for, duh.

3. Conducted in the home-ed room. I heard it's filthy but I can always hope something miraculous has happened. Don't say I didn't warn you though!

4. Probably held on a friday? I will try not to have it on the weekend.
Reason for this is because.. Jon, Ruth, Amanda and I have frisbee on Monday and Thursday.
Jun Ming has Fencing on Tuesday and Thursday if I'm not wrong.

Leaves Wednesday and Friday. And I can't do wednesdays. SO! Friday it is. But this isn't confirmed yet. Note that it probably will have to be during August. So that we can finish before september when we should be starting to mug for our coming doom.

5. Finally what we are going to make! I realise that I will be teaching guys how to cook and mandy teach you guys to bake. So.. we needed something that's a little more guy-proof (no offense.) Hence I have come up with..

Beef stroganoff (go check it up if you don't know what it is.. it's a russian dish!) or Pasta. I got feedback that cream pasta sounds better than tomato? whatever you guys want. Just remember that after you cook you have to wash up so don't pick something too elaborate.

The next one I'll try to get a simple asian dish? I mean it can't be angmoh food all the time no? Haha, teach you how to cook rice for those who still don't know! (And for those who do maybe i'll teach you how to cook it the old traditional way? No rice cooker involved. )

The baking one.. for amanda to choose. But i was thinking apple crumble? Simple and delicious. But she wants to make brownies/cookies/muffins.

When you have decided or if you have any ideas or suggestions then tell me! THANKS.

(oh yeaa.. and I don't want too many people in this thing. Can't handle such a big group of boys lol. Erm.. about 10? I have 5 so there are 5 PLACES LEFT! come tell me if you want to join!)

LOVE YOU ALL!
